About the Role:
Bartlett Point S in Conway, AR is looking for a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our growing team! Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic inspections to identify mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services
- Repair and replace brakes, suspension components, steering systems, and more
- Perform engine and transmission diagnostics and repairs
- Utilize diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician
- Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- ASE certification(s) preferred but not required
- Ability to work on a wide range of vehicle makes and models
- Must have own set of professional hand tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-first attitude

Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
