Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Tire Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in doing the job right, and thrives in a fast‑paced shop environment. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Mount, balance, and install passenger, light truck, and commercial tires
- Perform tire repairs following industry safety standards
- Inspect tires and wheels for damage or wear
- Operate shop equipment such as tire machines, balancers, air tools, and lifts
- Assist with shop cleanliness, inventory, and workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with the team
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications
- Previous tire or automotive experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment

Schedule
Full‑time, Monday–Friday
Occasional Saturdays depending on shop needs
