About the Role:
Tire Guy of Idaho is looking for a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team in Cottonwood, ID! This is a hands-on role where you'll keep customers safe on the road by delivering fast, quality tire services they can count on. If you love working with your hands and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Mount, balance, and install tires on a variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and SUVs
- Perform tire rotations, flat repairs, and inspections
- Assess tire wear and tread depth, recommending replacements or repairs as needed
- Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections including TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate service needs clearly
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a tire technician or automotive service role preferred
- Ability to operate tire mounting, balancing, and alignment equipment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
