- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear and safety issues.

- Use specialized tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Stay updated on tire technology and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily service goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in tire service or automotive repair preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
