About the Role:

Join Performance Tire and Service as a Tire Installer-Tire Tech in Memphis, TN, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe and road-ready. This exciting position offers hands-on experience in the tire industry, working with a dedicated team committed to excellence in service. WE
ARE OPEN MONDAY-FRIDAY-8:00-5:00. NO WEEKENDS
Responsibilities:

Install, balance, and rotate tires on various vehicles efficiently and safely.
Inspect tires for wear and damage, providing recommendations to customers.
Utilize tire-changing equipment and tools with precision and care.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Assist in inventory management and stocking of tire products.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily service goals and deadlines.
Stay updated on tire technology and industry trends to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
Previous experience in tire installation or automotive service preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of tire and automotive systems is beneficial.
