Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with tire selection and service recommendations.
- Manage sales transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Provide technical support and answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize point-of-sale systems to track sales and customer data.
- Promote special offers and upsell additional services.
- Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of tires and automotive services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and computers.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
