About the Role:

Join Performance Tire and Service as an Alignment Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring vehicle safety and performance. In this dynamic position, you'll utilize your skills to provide top-notch alignment services to our valued customers in Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities:

Perform precise wheel alignments using advanced alignment equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot alignment-related issues effectively.
Inspect suspension and steering components for wear and damage.
Provide excellent customer service and explain alignment findings to clients.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in alignment services.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training is a plus.
Proven experience as an alignment technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of vehicle alignment equipment and techniques.
ASE certification in steering and suspension is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
