Job Summary:
Riverton Tire & Oil is seeking a reliable and friendly Office Assistant/Cashier to join our team. The
ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to handle cash transactions
accurately and efficiently and also possess the ability to work in an office setting performing various
office related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
 Provide excellent customer service to all customers
 Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
 Maintain a clean and organized work environment
 Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have
 Assist the Office Manger as directed
 Ability to use a computer to retrieve various reports on a daily basis
Requirements:
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Prior experience as a Cashier and/ or Office Assistant in a similar role preferred
 Excellent customer service skills
 Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
 Working knowledge of office equipment
 Proficiency in MS Office
 Strong attention to detail
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 Flexibility to work 2 weekends per month
 Hours are 7am to 4 pm Monday-Friday
Physical Demands:
The Cashier position requires standing for extended periods of time, as well as bending, stooping, and
lifting up to 25 pounds. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is also required.
Salary:
We offer competitive wages, 401(k) paid holidays and paid vacation.
